Time Management problems?

These days a woman is expected to do it all, I know I am. Take care of kids, husband, business, housework, and stay in touch with friends less you loose them. It's not easy and it takes a great deal of organization otherwise you will loose the momentum and that's when the stress begins.

I have begun to conquer this problem by allocating a certain time for every aspect of my life. If I have to leave the laundry sitting in that all purpose room a couple of days then so be it. If I use the dish washer instead of washing the dishes as they present themselves, so be it. If I have to take an hour in the evening to slow down the pace and read a book and make it an obligation, I deserve it.

Yes, we deserve time to ourselves ladies, after all we need to recharge to take on the next day!

  1. Have you ever said "I don't have time?"
  2. Have You ever wished you had more time?
  3. Do you think about opportunities lost because you did not have time?
  4. Have you ever been overwhelmed because of lack of time?
  5. Have you ever missed a deadline?
  6. Do you feel you are always in hurry?

Here's a great webinar coming up and I encourage you to give yourselves the time as I will, to attend this event I think we all need and can learn from:  Managing Time, Is it possible?

We Love Teachers Who Love Teaching

'

When a student is ready, a teacher will appear.  Buddhist Proverb

As kids search for understanding, teachers are there.  Teachers live by example.  Kids watch them for boundaries and levels of excellence.  Where would we be without teachers who care about kids?

As kids look to school, they find a business setting.  Education is a business.  Teachers are there to facilitate the busi-ness.  Some teachers are stern.  Some teachers make learning fun.  Regardless of style, each teacher plays the role of a guide.  Leading our next generation toward achievement, teachers process minds and organize chaos.

Though discipline may be a form of love, kids rarely show their appreciation for discipline.  Even guidance that is sugar coated falls 2nd to a video game that makes kids feel like kings and queens.

We would like to thank teachers, who love to teach!

Here are some ways to show teachers how much we appreciate them. Every day next week, kids could take a few minutes to show they care.

Monday - bring a flower
Tuesday - bring a fruit
Wednesday - bring a school supply
Thursday - bring a vegetable
Friday - create a card

If you forget this assignment, then just tell your teacher, "Thank You," as you walk into class.

Start Your Own Earth Day Tradition

Be satisfied with the measure of eco effort that is sustainable for you. Let go of the guilt that you can never do enough. You are better off with an ounce of green passion, if you wear it well.

1! Put your life in the equation.
Do things that sustain you at the beginning of the day.

2! Throw Guilt out the Window
Adding media driven drama, fear, and doubt to your guilty conscious would leave you with little left. Throw guilt out, and use your passion wisely.

3! Self-Righteousness is a Turn-Off
Utilize your ability to be full of compassion, as you discuss your green passion with others (instead of lecture.)

4! Live It
Breathe and Enjoy your efforts and passion. As you release your breath, smile. Allowing your body to exist with a healthy amount of stress (no EXTRA), you are free to glow.

5! Increase Your Synergy with the Earth
Our bodies are interdependent with Mother Earth. Let your daily To Do List show a bit of effort, and feel thanks from Mother Earth.
